Bjelašnica Mountain is located in the central part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, located 25 km southwest of Sarajevo. Winter on Bjelasnica lasts from November to May and a special attraction is the snow debris that can reach a height of several meters. In winter, Bjelašnica is especially interesting precisely because of the landscape of the mountain covered with a snow cover over which the heavenly landscape stretches. The winter period makes Bjelašnica especially attractive precisely because of the landscape of untouched magnificent nature, the mountain under the snow cover over which stretches a heavenly landscape that will not leave anyone indifferent.

Winter Park Residence is located in the most attractive location on Bjelašnica with an open view of the Babin Do ski resort.

What makes this facility special is the direct connection to the ski slope and access to the ski lifts located in front of the facility. Car access to the facility is provided by an asphalt road with secured garages.

The vision of building a high quality facility based on the principle of multi-season vacation with socializing and enjoying nature is the common goal of architects, engineers, interior designers and everyone else who worked on this project.

Within the building, it is planned to build 70 luxuriously equipped apartments of various sizes, underground
garages, ski slopes, cafes and other
content that complements this object.

The apartments are built with the most modern and highest quality materials that ensure a high standard, durability, quality and superior thermal and sound insulation, which is very important for a quality holiday on the mountain. With the selected materials and technical solutions, we wanted to ensure the highest possible energy efficiency and autonomy of the building, and provide the owners with the lowest possible costs and at the same time meet the highest standards of environmental protection.
